adequate experience
comfy head good staff chlorine smell unavailable porter
the hotel staff were good. the head was very comfy and the room was also quite good. i loved the comfort.
When i arrived, i found there was no porter at the door! i had to wait. the room reeked of chlorine from the cleaners. They did not open any windows.

sticky floor unsealed windows
The breakfast was quite good.
The room had some cleanliness issues. The floor felt sticky. The windows also were not properly sealed, so a howling noise came through during windy conditions making it hard to sleep. The location isn't great either. The only terrace available overlooked a parking garage, not exactly scenic
